We recommend creating a TFS4JIRA-dedicated user in Azure DevOps (ADO) - a "synchronizer" account. It's important that you don't use your personal ADO account for this, but a new, dedicated account with the sufficient privileges. It will allow all issues/work items to be adequately synchronized, regardless of the user who made the changes.
