Changing the billing period from monthly to yearly is possible at any time during your subscription. Whenever you do that, the system will calculate the price difference taking into account any unused funds from your current billing period.
Say, you decide to switch to yearly payments in the middle of your monthly 1 seat subscription ($6/month). You still have $3 left from your last payment, so we’ll take that to lower the cost of the yearly plan for a 1 seat subscription (12x$5=$60/year). Upon changing the billing period you will need to pay $60-$3=$57 for the switch. Also, your next renewal date will be a year from your current renewal date (so if your current renewal date is on September 13th, 2022, it will change to September 13th, 2023).
NOTE: At the moment, you can switch your plan from yearly to monthly only by contacting our support. Just file a request, and we’ll assist you with everything!
Changing subscription from monthly to yearly
NOTE: You need to have an Owner role assigned to change the billing period.
To change your subscription period:
Go to your Dashboard.
Click on the vertical ellipsis in the top right corner.
Go to Plan under Billing.
Click on the vertical ellipsis.
Select Change billing period.
Switch the billing period to Yearly.
(Optional) Change the card used for the payment by clicking the pencil icon.
Click Buy yearly plan to confirm the plan change and payment.
You can see how much you need to pay for the change on the right side of the window under Now. The system will check how many funds you have left from your current subscription and subtract that from the cost of the yearly plan. You’ll just pay the difference. We'll adjust your next renewal date and the seat number will remain unchanged.
