Please prepare following information before contacting support:

  • Your Jira/Confluence address
  • Operating system version
  • Browser version
  • Internet connection quality
  • Screenshot or video demonstrating the problem
  • Advanced: Screenshot from browser dev tools:
    • Javascript errors
    • Network errors

With this information we will be able to help you much faster.
