Viewing and managing profiles

Configuration view contains a list of defined synchronization profiles with some basic information such as:

• Profile name

• Status – enabled/disabled/draft

• Last run – date and time of last synchronization run

• Last successful run – date and time of last successful (i.e. errorless) run

• Synchronization errors – how many errors has been recorder for the profile; you can click the number to navigate to errors list view (see Viewing and managing errors log for more details)

For each profile there is a set of operation available – click on Cog icon to select on of the following:

• Enable / Disable

• Check-ins Scanning – takes you to Check-ins scanning configuration page
• Initial Synchronization – go to the Initial Synchronization screen,

• Edit – go to profile edit form (see Creating a synchronization profile for more details),

• Clone - create a new synchronization profile based on existing one,

• Delete

Profiles that are drafts or disabled are greyed out.
