In addition to displaying the chat widget on the customer portal for the project and on the main page of the customer portal, it is possible to also display the widget on the portal's login screen:

To enable this, check the Show on Login checkbox on the Global Settings page.

This setting is only available if you have the Default Chat configured.

Note that anonymous access must be enabled in the Default Chat for chat widget to work correctly on the login screen.

Cloud version of Chat does not offer placing chat widget on the login screen of customer portal at this time. It can only be placed on project-specific portals.
